Food is my love language

My kitchen creations were born in Kenya out of necessity.  No fancy supermarkets meant all ingredients would be made from scratch.  I couldn’t just run out to the store and pick up a pack of tortillas, because they didn’t exist in my little town.  Minimal kitchen items (no Instapot or mixer) meant I needed to make everything by hand.  I made mistakes and learned from them.  Sometimes it took many tries.  These recipes are the final product.  I hope they find their way to your table.
