Ingredients:

1/2 cup Pumpkin puree

1/2 cup Whole Milk

1/2 cup Water

1/2 Banana

1 scoop Protein Powder (I used chocolate)

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/8 tsp Nutmeg

1/8 tsp Clove

1/8 tsp Ginger

1/8 tsp Cardamom



Instructions:

  1. Put all ingrdients into blender and blitz until smooth.

Substitutions:

Protein powder: use any flavor you like
Milk: any nut free milk or reduced fat milk
