Mango-chili Sauce

Vegan

Ingredients:

1 cup Mango, chopped

1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup water 

Instructions:

  1. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium heat and bring to a boil.

  2. Immediately reduce heat and lightly simmer until mango is soft.

  3. Transfer contents to blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.

Use on tacos, as salad dressing, sauce for fish or slaw.
