Mango Salsa

Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Mango, diced

1/4 cup Green pepper, diced

1/5 tbsp Red onion, chopped

1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped

1/2 tsp Lemon juice

1/4 tsp Chili flakes

1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Put mango, salt and lemon juice into a bowl and toss.  Set aside for a few minutes.  *the salt will draw some of the liquid from the mango, which is good for the salsa*

  2. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss to combine.  

  3. Adjust seasoning and spice to your taste.

*It's better the next day once all of the flavors have combined while resting overnight**

Substitutions:

Chili flakes: 1 tsp fresh chopped jalapeno
