Ingredients:

**makes 1 - 12" thin crust**


1/4 cup Rolled oats

1/4 cup Lentils

1/2 cup Whole wheat flour

1/2 cup Lowfat Greek yoghurt

1/2 tsp Garlic salt

1.5 tsp Baking powder


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 204*C/400*F.

  2. Line a 12" cast iron skillet or baking pan with parchment.  Lightly coat with cooking spray.

  3. Using a blender, grinder or food processor, grind lentils until they become a fine flour.  Repeat with oats.

  4. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until it comes together like a dough.  It may be slightly wet.

  5. Coat your hands with cooking spray and spread dough into pan, pushing until it is an even thickness all around.

  6. On middle rack of oven, bake for 20 minutes.
