Tahini Dressing

Tahini Dressing

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Tahini

2 tbsp Water

1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp Honey

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt

Instructions:

  1.  Whisk tahini and water with dijon mustar and salt to combine until smooth.

  2.  Add lemon juice.  *The acid in the lemon juice may make the dressing seize.  If so, just add more water to loosen it 1 tsp at a time*  Whisk thoroughly.
