Thai Peanut Sauce

Sauce/Dressing

Vegan

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Peanut Butter, creamy or crunchy

1/4 cup Soy sauce (or tamari)

1 tsp Sesame Oil

2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar

1 tsp Chili sauce

1 tbsp Ginger, finely grated

1 Garlic clove, finely grated

White Pepper

1/4 cup Water

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients until combined.  

  2. Add water as needed until desired consistency.

  3. Add white pepper to taste.

  4. Store extra in a lidded jar and refrigerate.

Substitutions:

Peanut Butter: any nut butter
Soy sauce: Tamari, if gluten free
Rice wine vinegar: white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar
